Hello!  Don't be fooled by the name of this new cut file, Masculine Mesh.  It can be used as a stencil, and definitely have a masculine feel to it with different pattern papers to cut it from or back it.  But today, I was inspired to use it asa plaid.  Going with the plaid theme, I used plaid gingham pattern paper under parts of it.

I used the same two pattern papers throughout, concentrating on the darker going horizontally within just three areas of the back of the cut file, and the lighter pattern paper going mostly vertically across two areas, and horizontally across a small section near my photo.  My idea was to bring the focus to the top left with the photo and then cluster embellishments and journaling in the areas I left blank on the right side.

I adhered the finished piece to my pages and then punched holes.  This look of using the cut file like this gives it a sweet Valentine or a Spring look to your project. But it is safe to say, I turned this Masculine Mesh into a very girly project about my daughter.
