As soon as I saw the new Boho Borders 1, I had to use them.  I used white cardstock to cut them out, and then used mostly solid or simple pattern papers to back them.  Trimmed them to fit my page.

I also used the new Floral Cluster 5 to layer over it.  I cut that from white cardstock as well, and then used grey paper to pack it.  These colors set the palette for my project, so I repeated those colors with a grid on the left including more photos and hidden journaling.

These cut files were perfect for the topic of my project being all women from my work.  Keeping with the white cardstock and simple patterns to back the pieces really pulled both pages together while keeping focus on the photos.

Hope you grab these new cut files and use on your next project!

Home sweet home floral layout | Francesca Montorio March 1, 2021 07:00

Hi friends, I'm Francesca Montorio and today I'm super excited to be here with my first post for this amazing Design team. I am truly honored to work alongside talented creative women.
Today I'm here to share my first layout made with the Floral cluster 5 cut file, with which I created a wreath.

For the background I used wild rose paper from fresh bouquet collection by Create paper. With my Cricut Maker, I cut four floral clusters and placed them in a circle creating a wreath.

Then I added some fussy cutting flowers from May paper from the Hello Today collection by Simple Stories

I have added many other embellishments

I also added some small crystals to give some light to the blue background

I love the wreaths! have you ever tried to make one starting from a single cut file? Hope you can find some inspiration in them. Thank you so much for stopping by today. Don't forget to visit the shop to see the new cut files every week!

have a good week!

Francesca xx
