Hello everybody, I'm back today with a new layout.
For the month of love I've decided to make a layout about my boo and I. I used the "loves me" collection by Pebbles which is so cute isn't it ? I also used this amazing "candy heart background" cut file !
First, I've backed up the heart with the "love you" with a cute red hearts foiled paper. After I've placed my cut file on my page, I added some stitching lines with a gold thread. Then, I embellished by trying to make a triangle. for this, I used some stickers and puffy from the collection.
How cute is this little sloth ?
For my tittle I used a copper glitter puffy word from the wild heart collection by Crate paper. To me, it doesn't matter to mix some different metallic shades, I love the result.
Finally, I added some word stickers and gold color shine splatters.
when I was looking at my layout at the end, I thought that it missed something so I've decided to add some sequins all around my layout and I'm pretty happy with the result !
I hope that you've enjoyed, see you soon, xx.

What I've loved in 2019 - Johanna Valayer January 05, 2019 07:00
For the start of the year I have a mini album for you ! I've wanted to make a sort of retrospective of my year with the things/events I've loved the most this year.
I love making these sort of ring album at the moment. It's simple, easy and quick to do and so versatile. For this album I mainly used the Carousel collection but also some bits and pieces from other collections because one of my goal this year is to purge my products.
The first cut file I used is the "Grateful" cut file. I cut it in a card and I've backed it with a gold paper.
And yes, the first "thing" or rather the people I've loved this year is my boo 😌
Then I've made a homemade "flip pocket" with a chipboard. I used my glue gun to stick all the things and I put a golden chipboard star to hide the glue.
For the next card I used the "doilies" cut file. I love this cut file it's so cute. I put my photos in the center and I placed a crepe embellishment from Willow lane behind.
For the back of the doily I stitched around with a gold thread, and I added embellishments. For the next card I've made a shaker with a piece of tulle. I love making this since my boyfriend has offered my a stitching machine for Christmas (yay !)
Next, I've used the "Live love" cut file to embellish more my album. I love this sort of tags, it adds something very easily !
Then I used this "Jewelry tags" which I've filled with sequins.
Finally I used the "Enjoy the little things" cut file because it summarizes perfectly my year. A lot of little moments that made me happy throughout the year.
I hope that you've enjoyed, see you soon xx.

I'm back today with a new traditional layout using the "Leaf circle background" cut file ! I found that this cut file was perfect for the photo I wanted to document and for the collection I wanted to use ! In effect, I chose the Along the way collection which is currently one of my fave collection !
First of all, I've made a kind of mixed media background. I used some of my distress oxide with the packaging technique and I've made some splatters too. Then, I've backed some of the circles with some papers that were coordinated with my photo. I've decided to leave 2 circles empty in order to make some clusters of embellishments.
For this layout, I've decided to make a vertical title ! I've placed a paper stripe under the cardstock at the left of my layout and I've tore some of the cardstock. I love making this to add some texture to my layouts !
Finally I've placed my title, and a little sticker word at the bottom left of my layout ! I've loved playing with this cutfile because we can easily embellish all around with clusters without it looks too busy (for me in any case 🙃)
I really hope that you've enjoyed, see you soon xx.
12 days of giveaways - DAY 5 - Johanna Valayer December 05, 2018 03:30 2 Comments
I'm here today for the 5th day of 12 days of giveaway ! Today the free cut file is the "joyful 2" background which is so cute !
I've decided to use this cut file to make a shaker card in my December daily 2018. I cut it to the size of my album and put it in a pocket I've made with my fuse tool.
Before closing my pocket, I've added some christmas vibes sequins. I love so much these gold stars sequins ! Then, I've added a little sticker.
For the other card of my layout, I wanted to document the yummy cookies I've made which we have eaten while watching a Christmas movie on Netflix with my boyfriend ( typical Christmas cliché, I know ahah!)
I've decided to put my photo in this lovely gold puffy bell. Then, I've made a little pocket to insert a tag with my journaling, and I've added a little stamp. I've finished by adding little gold color shine splatters and my day 3 of my December daily was done !

I'm back today with a new layout. I wanted to make an autumnal layout so I've decided to use the Golden rod collection from 1canoe2. I chose the beautiful "Floral swag 5" cut file and I cut it twice in order to make a sort of frame with it.
Then, I backed them with some papers. I've decided to only choose yellow-ish and pink-ish papers.
I wanted to add some glitter so I've decided to emboss some leaves of the cut files and the center of the different flowers. I used the Fairy tale embossing powder from Wow! This is an amazing golden powder with some holographic glitters in it!
I added some embellishments around my photo and the tittle at the right of my photo. Under my photo I added a little sticker phrase to make a black recall and I stamped at the bottom right corner.
I put some sequins under the cut files and some gold color shine splatters and as I found that the space around the cut file was too white I tore my paper at the top hand left of my layout and I added a pink paper under.
I hope that you've enjoyed, see you xx
Fall love - Johanna Valayer November 09, 2018 07:00
Today I am sharing with you two memorydex cards that I've made.
Lately, I've started to make memorydex cards because I did not have any photo to scrap anymore. So I found this was a great way to keep being creative !
For theses cards, I used the new goldenrod collection from 1canoe2 and oh my god, I'm so in love with this collection.
For the first one I used the "I like fall" cut file. I cut the fall word on this beautiful plaid-like paper and I made a shaker behind it with some sequins that remind the colors of the collection.
I added some embellishments and this card was done !
For the second one, I used the "beautiful bouquet" cut file which was the perfect background cut file to me !
I backed the flowers with some beautiful papers and add this stunning word from the goldenrod collection.
I did not add too much embellishments because I thought that the card was enough busy with the background.
I hope that you have enjoy, see you soon xx
Fall for you - Johanna Valayer October 23, 2018 07:00
I'm back today with a TN layout. I wanted to document this photo of my dog and I which was taken when we went for a stroll. I thought that the Maggie Holmes collection Willow lane would be perfect for this and I am pretty happy of how it turned out.
For this layout I used the "Leaf background" cutfile. I knew that I only wanted to use it on one page. As the page with the picture would be simple, I added a paper in the background of my cutfile.
Then, I backed up the leaves with some papers of the willow lane collection and for 2 of them I used a gold glitter paper. As this page was enough busy, I just added a beautiful puffy sticker on the center.
For the other page, I just backed up my photo with some papers and embellished around with some stickers. ( How awesome are the transparent stickers from the Willow lane collection? Really need more of them! )
I added my title and some splatters of gold color shine and that was done!
I hope that you have enjoy, see you soon xx
Summer memories - Johanna Valayer October 12, 2018 07:00 2 Comments
Hello girls !
I'm here today with a new 30x30 layout. I really had a lot of fun making this layout !
For this layout I used the gorgeous "mermaid tail background 2" on the left side of my page. I backed up it with some papers from the simple and sweet collection. This collection matched so much my photo for me, I really love how it turned out !
I made some mixed media with the packaging technique ; I used some colors that matched my papers and I finished with some splatters.
If you want to try out this awesome cut file, just click on it !
Then, I embellished around my photo ; How cute is this frame with the stitched details ? For my title I used a big white glitter word mixed to an alpha, love the result !
Finally I added a little bit of stamping ( as usual ahah ) and I teared a little my cardstock which I backed with a paper and I added a staple and it was done !
I hope that you have enjoyed, see you soon xx
Sweet day - Johanna Valayer September 29, 2018 07:00
I'm back for a fall layout, and I am so happy because this is my favorite season ! I love so much to wear jacket, knitted sweater, staying at home with a cup of tea and all of these things !!
For this layout, I used the new Maggie Holmes collection Willow lane that I love so much. I've first selected papers that match my photo and I have cut these beautiful leaves in them. I decided to add some stitching to add some texture to the layout.
These leaves are from the cut file named " Stems 5 ", aren't they so cute ?
Then, I've made a little cluster around the photo, but not too much because I thought the font was enough busy.
For the title, I used the "Lower case alpha outline" cut file. I chose it because I wanted to back up the title with that beautiful yellow paper.
I added a little stamp, and a touch of gold with the gold color shine from Heidi Swapp and some sequins, always for the texture.
I hope that you have enjoyed, see you soon xx.
You fly - Johanna Valayer September 05, 2018 07:00
Today I am back with a new layout where I've experimented a new technique : The hand stitching. I was loving so much layout with stitched elements but as I did not have any stitching machine and I have never stitched anything in my life I was lost ahah ! So I decided to watch tutorials on Youtube and to try it out !
It takes me so long but I love how it turned out ! I've started by cutting with my silhouette some borders from "borders 1" cut file to make my background.
Then, I stitched some lines on and between my borders of different length and I added a bit of ink and my background was done.
For my title I used the "hand cut letters 2" cut file. I love the design of the letters so fun ! I backed them with the same papers I used for the borders.
As embellishments I used the simple and sweet collection, I thought that it was the perfect collection for my photo. I placed a touch of paper at the top of my layout, I love doing this at the moment I find that it adds something. Then a little stamping as usual under my tittle and it's done !
And you, do you make hand stitching on your layout ? I hope that you have enjoyed xx
Sun + fun - Johanna Valayer August 24, 2018 07:00
Hello everybody, I am back with a new TN layout !
I wanted to try to use a background cut file to cover an entire page. For this, I used the "Arrowhead background". If you love this beautiful background cut file, you can click on the image below.
I really loved how it turned out and I didn't want to cover it with embellishments or something... So, I have decided to just place my tittle on it. For this layout I used a citrus twist kit which matches with the Wild heart collection from Crate paper. This collection was perfect for my photo.
For the other page of my layout, I placed an horizontal piece of the same paper I used to back up the cut file. Then, I backed my photo and add some embellishments. I finished with adding some sequins (I think that was the first time I use sequins in a layout and I really loved the end result), and some stamping and that's all ! I love so much TN layout because it's so easy and fast to do it !
And you, do you have a TN ? How often do you make TN layouts ?
I hope that you have enjoyed, see you xxx
To the moon - Johanna Valayer August 14, 2018 07:00
I"m here today with a new layout where I decided to scrap about my boyfriend and his nephew. This is why I have decided to use some colors I'm not used to work with and I really like how it turned out !
For this layout I used the "dreamcatcher background" that you can find by clicking on the image below.
Firstly I had to decide which part of the cut file will be backed with my photos, I tried to do it harmoniously. Then, I backed up the cut file with the beautiful stay colorful collection from Dear Lizzy. I tried to use some "neutrals" patterns.
As I love it so much, I stamped this little quote at the bottom right corner then, I
added a touch of color to recall the colors of the patterns.
Finally I've made a little cluster of embellishments at the upper left corner with these little super cute puffy stickers (aren't they ?) and I've added some embellishments on the cut file.
A little touch of gold and that's it ! I hope that you have enjoyed this layout, xx
Hello - Johanna Valayer July 12, 2018 07:00
Hello everybody !
I am Johanna and I am so pleased to join this design team ! I am 24 and I have discovered scrapbooking for almost one year. I directly loved it and the way to keep memories and have fun too ! I am living in France in a beautiful island which is Corsica. For the first layout I used the "spring fling ring" and the "flowers" cut files.
I used the pick me up collection from Paige Evans that I love so much ! I used some scraps to back up the flowers cut files and I arranged them diagonally.
You will see later that I love arranging my layouts diagonally hehe ! Then, I backed up the spring fling ring with the photo and I added some embellishments.
Finally, a touch of color shine, a little stamping and yeah, it is done !
I hope that you have enjoyed this layout, see you xx.
