Hi there!

Nathalie with you today to share a bit of inspiration using a few of JustNick Studio's beautiful cut file designs.   I love how cut files are so versatile, and how they can help you tell a story with color and design.   Here is a new entry of my gratitude journal, and of course one of my favorite things in the world, COFFEE

Did I mentioned, I love coffee!!  And since Nicole has just designed the new  LATTE LOVE cut file, well it was just a perfect match for this layout.

I cut about 4 of the mugs from white cardstock, and backed them with vellum (for the foam),and papers from Obed Marshall's Fantastico collection.

Once I had my coffee mugs set on my notebook. I used the MARQUEE ALPHA 2 cut file to cut the word, "Coffee", from white cardstock. The letters were backed with a paper from the same collection, and placed on the layout.  Since there is quite a bit of color in the page, I kept the rest of the layout very simple.

I love how this turned out!  Remember to check JustNick Studio shop for new cutfiles. You will love them!

Wonderful Today | Nathalie DeSousa May 27, 2021 07:00

Hi there!

Nathalie with you today to share a new project created using a combination of new and loved Just Nick Studio cut files.   I am a daily documenter, and notebooks and smaller notebooks/albums are my go-to format.  These allow me to be graphic in a short amount of time.   Let me show you what I have created for my Gratitude Journal

I started this page with the Half Rainbow cut file and cut it from white cardstock.  Each piece is backed with patterned paper from Heidi Swapp's Care Free collection.  This was glued onto patterned paper from the same collection.

For my title, I reached for the Word 2 and Word 3 cut files to create the title work for the page.  These were cut from patterned paper and glued onto the end of the rainbow.
I created a small pull tab card for my journal card, and hid in a pocket at the bottom left corner of the picture.

I love working with cut files in different formats.  Remember to check Just Nick Studio's designs for new inspiration
