JustNick Studio, Cut Files, Floral Heart, Love You Outline, Traveler's Notebook
Hello Everyone!  The JustNick Team has a lot of love and heart projects to inspire you for the month of February.  I used the gorgeous new Floral Heart in my Life Crafted/Traveler's Notebook spread.

And with it, I used the new Love You Outline cut file.

I cut the heart from white cardstock, and backed it with orange pieces of pattern paper concentrating on the center of the large flowers and the flower buds, leaving the rest to show through with the green floral pattern paper under it.  I stitched that into place and trimmed around it.  For the Love You cut file, I used complementary colors to back the sections of it, making the darker pattern paper the shadow part of the letters and adhered it to my heart.  I punched holes to fit the heart into my notebook.

The heart is a beautiful way to add a divider to my spread.  On the back side of the heart, I added a cluster of die cuts.

For the right side, I used the Remember Floral cut file that has the same florals as the Floral Heart.

I was going to use the pink side of it, but I loved the backside of it with various colors and that yellow to help balance with the left.

Just that layering of the cut file piece over the pattern paper added enough color and texture to layer my photo and journaling.  My spread is about celebrating our Family Day (Adoption Day), so this Love and Heart theme was perfect!  Thank you for stopping by!  Hope this gives you some ideas on using the large and smaller cut files in your smaller albums or traveler's notebook.
